Idk why so many people have been complaining about their purchases being damaged late or not received. I bought this bath tray and it is just as beautiful as the picture. It came very well packaged in great shape and arrived within a matter of days. I enjoy using it when I take baths. I almost was afraid to buy this product due to the horror stories I read of damaged products, or not receiving my goods. I am so glad I bought it as it is lovely ! :))
