Inspired by the Burmese women who hand-pour candles here in our studio, this scent evokes a cherished memory of their Southeast Asian homeland. The rich fragrance is paired with the incredible qualities they have brought with them as refugees seeking to create a brighter future for their families in peace and harmony.

The symbol atop each label is candle's name handwritten in Burmese, the official language spoken in Burma (Myanmar). The wood wick creates a beautiful light that will transport you to a beautiful land far away. Elegant black glass completes this 8.5 oz soy blend candle which burns about 40 hours.

Prosperity Candle supports ethically made goods, and believes every product represents the opportunity to help make the world a better place. They follow fair trade principles established by the World Fair Trade Federation. All candles are handpoured by women artisans, most by women refugees creating new lives for themselves and their families in the United States. Prosperity Candle is a certified B-Corp, recognized for its commitment to social and environmental sustainability by B-Lab's 2016 Best for the World list. It is a social enterprise that prioritizes positive impact over profit, ensuring everything they do helps create opportunities for women to thrive.
