THE STORY BEHIND THE PRODUCT
Artisan Organization: Armine Aghajanyan
Country: Armenia
"My name is Armine Aghajanyan. I was born in 1983 into a family of architects. In 1990, I attended the local high school and later enrolled in college. From a young age, I enjoyed sketching, sewing, and modifying clothes. I dreamt of having a fashion house where I could create elegant and unique designs for women. So, in 2010, when I returned to my hometown, I decided to fulfill my lifelong dream and opened a studio.
"Gradually, as my studio grew, I pursued further education in various programs to enhance my skills. I have collaborated with organizations such as AGBU ARMENIA, USAID MY ARMENIA, HERA, CIVITTA ARMENIA, and several other international organizations. I hold numerous certificates, awards, and letters of appreciation.
"I am a member of the Yeghegnadzor Women's Resource Center and was selected as the "Female Ambassador of the Year" by the Armenian Youth Council. I have been recognized as the "Hero of Our Times" by the Armenian government. I have proudly represented Armenia abroad on multiple occasions and have participated in numerous exhibitions, both as a participant and organizer in Yeghegnadzor.
"I am fluent in four foreign languages, possess leadership skills, and have a friendly nature. I have a deep love for children and am also a mother to one son. I enjoy the creative process, being in nature, acquiring new skills, traveling, and dreaming.""
