"Hi friends, I am Ritu Malpani from the "Pink City" of India, Jaipur. I am a lady with strong determination; dedicated and hardworking.

"I have always been fascinated by the art of jewelry since my childhood days, but I never got to actually be in this field until a few years back when I married into a family of jewelers. Seeing my inclination towards jewelry design, my husband taught me the intricacies of jewelry designing, and how gemstones are used to design fancy and traditional jewelry. I also assist my husband in his workshop to learn the craft process of the jewelry. The thing which attracts me so much to this craft is the unending creation and the challenge to create new things regularly.

"For several years now, I have been working together with my husband. We work with sterling silver and different kinds of semi-precious gemstones. We also craft gemstone idols along with marble ones.

"I wish to create unique, attractive and beautiful designs for every woman all over the world. I carefully study the tastes and preferences of the people around me, and design jewelry to suit their choices, infusing style and tradition. Every person has different taste, so at times it is difficult to satisfy the needs of every person. The most challenging thing is to use the creativity or ideas in the correct combination.

"I hope to expand my journey in this craft world and also expand my team of workers. It will provide them employment so that they can earn a decent livelihood, educate their children and live a comfortable life. I want to create a name for myself and grow in this craft business.
