"I am Sevak Mirzakhanyan, born on August 5, 1985, in the city of Armavir, Armenia. Art has been my passion and calling since I was a child, and I knew early on that I wanted to dedicate my life to creative pursuits. Growing up, I spent countless hours immersed in drawing, engraving, and learning about different art forms. My parents nurtured my interest, encouraging me to pursue this path with dedication and discipline, which ultimately led me to seek formal training in my craft.

"After finishing school, I was fortunate to study at the workshop of Aleksandr Artashesovich Hovsepyan, a revered artist who taught me both painting and engraving. Under his mentorship, I developed essential technical skills, but more importantly, I learned the value of patience, the importance of precision, and the beauty of expressing oneself through art. Engraving, in particular, became a passion of mine. I find it deeply rewarding to transform raw materials into intricate, meaningful pieces that carry a part of my spirit and vision. My time in Hovsepyan’s workshop was transformative, shaping my approach to art and teaching me to craft works that are both beautiful and resonant with my unique perspective.

"Throughout my career, I have had the honor of joining the Union of Russian Artists, a community that has inspired me and allowed me to connect with other talented creators. Being part of this union has been a meaningful achievement for me, as it not only recognizes my dedication to art but also motivates me to continue evolving and pushing the boundaries of my work. It’s inspiring to be part of a community that values originality, skill, and the deep connection we share with our craft. I believe that each piece of art should be as unique as the artist who created it, and I strive to infuse this belief into all my works.
