I grew up in Jaipur — India's pink city. I've been surrounded by art and creativity all my life. I earned a degree in psychology and wasn't sure if I should go forward with a career in psychology or move to designing jewelry, which I'd always enjoyed. My father markets handicrafts and I wanted to join him to create a name for myself with my jewelry.
The royal city of Rajasthan, Jaipur is best known for its souks and bazaars, where artisans have been making beautiful jewelry for centuries. I feel lucky and proud to design and create my own collection with a team of talented artisans who bring my ideas to life.
