THE STORY BEHIND THE PRODUCT
Artisan Organization: Casablanca Market
Casablanca Market sources its handmade Mediterranean goods mainly from female artisan enterprises in Morocco and Tunisia, believing that women form the backbone of their families and communities and are thus a locus of change.
In accordance with humanitarian principles, Casablanca Market provides good compensation to its artisans, paying them in advance for their work, before it is shipped. No child labor is ever used.
Best Lemons for cooking
I first used (I’ll call them pickled Lemons) about one year ago, I roasted a chicken with roasted veggies and squeezed One of the lemons .you would think it would be bitter no way .now I use them on so many different things.Fish and Pork are my favorites.
Good but not what I expected
As our says in the title not what I expected. You lose a lot of the "meat" to the seed which does not let it go.
I haven't used these yet
I will be doing some Tagine cooking this weekend. Can't wait to use them
Looking forward to trying out this wonderful ingredient
Looking forward to making hummus with this wonderful ingredient.
