There's nothing shallow about this sauce: it is built on a base of red peppers and real ginger, so it is real flavor, through and through.
Sweet Chilli is the soulmate of cheese: particularly soft, white cheeses like Camembert. It also does tremendous flavor-things with tomatoes, beef, smoked meats and fish... and duck and chicken and game-birds!
Try something different: Fry up chopped Chorizo, mushrooms, garlic and a chopped red onion. Combine with precooked rice and some grated Parmesan and Ginger & Chilli Hot drops to taste. Stuff some hollowed out big tomatoes and bake. Serve on fresh basil with more Ginger & Chilli Hot Drops (and a freshly baked Sourdough loaf!).
