Casablanca Market Purple Olives
Casablanca Market Purple Olives are grown in the remote Atlas mountain range of Morocco, where the climate, rich soil and the ancient groves produce these savory olives. These olives are picked when not quite ripe, resulting in a beautiful reddish-purple hue. They're softer than green olives and are brined in salt and water.
Our olives can be used in stews, tagine dishes, salads, pastas, pizzas or to add variety to your next olive sampler with their unusual color and unique Moroccan flavor.
