I love this olive wood rice paddle so much! I’ve been wanting a rice paddle for a while and this one by far exceeds my expectations, the wood is SO pretty.
I have worked with authentic Japanese Paddles and this compares and works really well while making sushi rolls with sticky rice and seaweed.
